1. About us

This online store is operated by FitLoop. Our full business details, including our physical address and phone number, are on our contact information page. You can reach us at fitloop01@gmail.com.

2. Using this store

By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy. To place an order you must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours on your screen may look slightly different from the real product.

Personal care and health products must be used as directed on the label. Information on this store is general and is not medical advice. Speak to a doctor or pharmacist before using the Minoxidil Hair Growth Treatment, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a heart condition, or take other medication. Stop using any product and get advice if you have a reaction.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in South African rand (ZAR). The total you pay, including delivery and any taxes that apply, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.

If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have received an order confirmation.

5. Orders

After you place an order, you receive an order confirmation email with a full record of your order. Please keep it for your records. If you have an account, you can also see your past orders there.

We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if we cannot verify the payment, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund everything you paid.

6. Discounts and promotions

  • Only one discount code can be used per order, unless we say otherwise.
  • The FITLOOP10 signup code gives 10% off a first order and can be used once per customer.
  • Bundle deals apply automatically to the products listed in the deal and cannot be combined with discount codes.
  • We may change or end a promotion at any time. This does not affect orders already placed.

7. Delivery

Delivery costs and times are set out in our shipping policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address you gave us.

8. Returns and cancellations

Our refund policy explains how to return an item. Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you may cancel an order without reason or penalty within 7 days of receiving the goods. The only charge is the direct cost of returning them, and we refund you within 30 days of cancellation. Faulty goods are covered by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

9. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
